Dear Vendor, This is a notification for your information. Since the 3rd of June 2025, you will find some enhancements in the portal. 1. Periodic cleanup of Schedule Agreements (Contract Number) based on date of ‘Last Call’ in Order Management. This process will be transparent for you. 2. When creating an ASN, if you edit the quantity requested to serve the next schedule line, the system will show you a warning message, telling you that if this shipment was not authorized by Harman, and in case you sent as an overshipment, the material will be returned to you at your cost. 3. Additional information available in the MANUAL (CSP_Guide_Supplier.pdf) to provide deep guideline in the ASN creation.
